Who I Am | NetSenseOnline
The Short Version

I'm not an expert, and I'm not a coach. I just pay attention, do the research, and tell people the truth.
I've been figuring things out for a long time. In the early 80s, I wrote the procedure manual for telephone deregulation at Bell — the one that helped the whole country shift from rented phones to phones you bought at the store. Same job as today: take something complicated, make it simple, make it work.
I don't give up easy. When I wanted to get into the music industry, KIIS-FM told me no — they wouldn't even let me intern because I wasn't in college. My friends laughed. I asked the interviewer if I could call him now and then, picked a day, and called like clockwork. Eventually, they called me and offered me the internship.
That's how I operate. I don't push. I don't sell. I just stay in the room until the door opens.
I've worked in phone company rollouts, radio, and the music industry. I've built things, lost things, and learned how the sausage gets made in more industries than most people see in a lifetime. That's a big part of why I do this now.
I don't advertise. I don't run a funnel. I don't do "discovery calls." Most of my work comes from people who already know someone I've helped.
